All products are digital. Your rights to use a product are governed by the License Agreement and the tier (Personal, Team, or Agency) you purchase. See the License page for full terms.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code, nor use our products to build competing template products. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in our products and brand. Purchasing a product grants a license to use it, not ownership of the original template or source.

Products are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
