License Agreement

This Agreement defines what you can and cannot do with products purchased from Market. The tier you buy determines the number of projects you may use the product in.

Personal License

  • Can be used in ONE end product
  • Can be customized
  • Source code modifications allowed
  • Cannot be resold or redistributed
  • Cannot be used in templates/themes meant to be sold

Team License (5 Projects)

  • Can be used in UP TO 5 end products
  • Same restrictions as Personal otherwise

Agency License (Unlimited)

  • Can be used in UNLIMITED end products
  • Can be used in client work
  • Cannot be resold as-is or as a template
  • Cannot be used in directly competing templates

Common to all licenses

  • You own the resulting product/website
  • Lifetime updates included
  • Can request a refund within 14 days
  • Cannot redistribute source code
  • Cannot claim ownership of the original template
  • Liability limited to the purchase price
